MR. MUHAMMAD AHMED AL SAEED

Managing Partner

Mr. Muhammad Ahmed Al Saeed is a Qatari attorney and board member of the Qatar Lawyers Association and Qatar Experts and Arbitrators Association. He founded the Arab Legal Consultations Center in 2000 to serve local and international businesses.

A certified arbitrator with various regional centers, including GCC-CAC and QICCA, he has represented clients in international arbitration under ICC, LCIA, and QICCA rules. Mr. Al Saeed has experience as both a sole arbitrator and tribunal member, advising on arbitration clauses and enforcement issues.

Mr. Muhammad Ahmed Al Saeed specializes in corporate services and dispute resolution, advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance while representing companies in commercial disputes through court and arbitration. He has significant experience in construction law, handling complex disputes via mediation, arbitration, and litigation for projects in Qatar and internationally. He was recognized as ‘Lawyer of the Year’ at the Legal Community MENA Awards for his contributions to Infrastructure & Construction.

Mr. Muhammad Ahmed Al Saeed advises and represents contractors, project managers, and engineers in the construction and government contract industries across prominent public and private projects in Qatar. He has extensive experience in litigating and arbitrating complex disputes related to high-profile public facilities, including museums, stadiums, and infrastructure. In the private sector, he handles substantial claims involving hotels, malls, and commercial developments.

 

MR. MOHAMED SULAIMAN FAHIM

Mr. Mohamed Sulaiman Fahim is a Managing Partner in Arab Legal Consutations Center’s Litigation practice. Mohamed is one of litigation lawyers who has full rights of audience before the courts of Qatar. Mr. Mohamed Sulaiman Fahim is a highly experienced Qatari litigator who consults for both private and corporate clients in Qatar, since establishing his own practice in 2001. 

Prior to establishing his practice, Mohamed worked for the Ministry of the Interior and the Police Academy in Egypt. Mohamed has been involved in high profile litigation matters in relation to banking cases, commercial agencies, trademarks, construction, debt recovery, employment and property. Mohamed regularly advises clients and conducts all types of litigation and arbitration cases in Qatar including commercial, employment and banking. 

Mohamed is routinely involved in negotiations with Qatar’s regulatory authorities namely, The Qatar Central Bank, Qatar Exchange and various Ministries. He assists in obtaining regulatory approvals required for completing transactions for the firm’s clients and launching new products for banks and insurance companies in Qatar. When required Mohamed also facilitates the registration of complex security structures with the relevant authorities in Qatar.

Dr. Ahmad Ismail Ibrahim is a distinguished attorney with over 20 years of legal experience. Since earning his law degree in 2004 and completing his Doctorate in Commercial Law from Edinburgh University with honors in 2014, he has provided comprehensive legal services and specialized consultations to protect clients' interests. As Managing Partner, he has extensive experience managing legal disputes, preparing detailed defense memoranda, and representing clients before courts and arbitration panels. His persuasive legal arguments and effective communication skills have led to positive outcomes for his clients.

Dr. Ahmad Ismail Ibrahim is also distinguished for providing precise and comprehensive legal consultations that assist clients in making informed decisions and safeguarding their interests. His expertise includes crafting innovative legal solutions and addressing complex legal challenges, ensuring a balance between legal compliance and strategic goals. He relies on a deep understanding of laws and regulations to deliver practical and effective legal advice that enhances his clients’ success and mitigates legal risks.

In addition, Dr. Ahmad Ismail Ibrahim is a member of the Qatar Lawyers Association and the Qatar Experts and Arbitrators Association. He is also an accredited arbitrator at the Supreme Judicial Council and the Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration, reflecting his extensive expertise and prominent status in Qatar’s legal community.
